Errors in Fidelity Investments download (OL-297-A) and Reauthorize Citi Home Depot Card

Member ✭✭✭

Ever since I got the Quicken email to reauthorize Citibank Retail Services Credit Cards, I am getting CC-501 error when trying to log into the Home Depot Credit Card account.

I did successfully complete the reauthorization with Citibank to allow Quicken to connect and download transaction for the Home Depot CC. That part worked fine.

Also, I am getting OL-297-A error when trying to download transactions from Fidelity Investments.

For Fidelity, even resetting the account fails

I don't know if these are related or just a coincidence.

There is no problem with my internet connection and Quicken, as other downloads are working fine.

Please help.

Screen prints are attached.

    Hi @Quicken Anja

For Fidelity, I check and confirmed that all the things mentioned in the support article regarding error OL-297 are correctly setup on my computer.

I also restarted my computer multiple times. Still getting the exact same error.

This is the error I keep getting when I try to Activate Online account for Fidelity Investments.

    @Zunka72 Thanks for following up!

Since the steps in the article didn’t resolve the issue, then as advised at the bottom of the article, the next step would be to reach out to your financial institution for further assistance. Quicken doesn’t have access to their servers to correct the problem, so they’ll need to investigate on their end.

When you contact them, I recommend asking to speak with an online services specialist who handles transaction download issues. If they’re unable to assist, you may need to request an escalation within their support team.

    Thank you!

    Hi @Quicken Anja

Spoke with Fidelity Online Services team. They said there is no problem at their end but have created a ticked for escalation. I will need to call back on Monday.

I also noticed, that I am unable to add any online account. I get the error "Quickens Online service is unavailable".

This seems to imply the problem is with Quicken or at least my installation of Quicken. I also reinstalled Quicken.
