There needs to be a way to print client statements showing invoices sent, payments and current balance. It would be helpful to have the ability to export this to a .CSV file also. Currently, the only way I can do this is to go to Business, Clients, click on the … and select "View Client". This is EXACTLY the information I need but this window allow you to do nothing other than see it on the screen. I need to print that or export it to a spreadsheet. Thanks!

I need to print customer statements for the previous year using Quicken Home and Business for Mac. I see it is available for Windows, but after calling it was confirmed this feature is not available for the Mac version. This is a very basic and required report for most anyone running a business and I am honestly shocked it is not available. Please add this in- I really do not want to have to switch to a different software solution but not having this simple and logical feature will require me to change.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! While the feature is not currently available in Quicken for Mac, there is an idea post requesting it. I merged your request with the existing Idea.

In the meantime, there are some workarounds. Depending on what information you need to see, a Business Accounts Receivable Aging report may be a viable alternative.

You can also take a screenshot of the invoices screen and print it.

If you need more of the detail from the individual invoices, you are able to print individual invoices by clicking the 3 dots to the left of the invoice and selecting Print.
