Multiple auth sources for QuickenID? Password reset does not work.

Hi all
I have another QuickenID for work and tried logging in, got a "invalid password" message. I reset my password and got the green box ("You have succesfully changed your password"). But go to login, no joy.
Tried again, same result. I am definitely changing my password and the system is definitely responding that it worked.
Are there multiple auth databases at Quicken that need to sync? This is the case with MSFT, so curious.

Hello @tribbiani and @Patrick Hasenjager,
Thanks for reaching out!
It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with logging into your QuickenID, even after resetting your password. To clarify, are you trying to log in to Quicken’s Windows desktop app or Quicken on the web? The login process may differ slightly between the two, and it's important to confirm where the issue is occurring. Additionally, when you reset your password, are you using the same QuickenID for both work and personal accounts, or is it possible there are multiple authentication sources tied to your QuickenID? If you're using Quicken on the web, have you tried logging in directly from the desktop app to see if the issue persists there as well?
Let me know more details, and we can dive deeper into the cause of this.
