Is BMO really stopping automatic updates for Quicken users?

I received this email in my inbox today and I'm somewhat surprised that I can't find any mention of this action by BMO on this community. Is anyone else getting this message and is Intuit planning on doing anything about it?
Feedback is appreciated! I've been using Quicken since 1991, BMO only since they acquired Bank of the West, so just trying to figure out if I'm going to be changing banks.

Hello @dwright59,
Thank you for reaching out! This sound similar to a message from BMO that another customer posted about last week. You can view this thread here.
It sounds like BMO may be changing how they support transaction downloads if they are stating that accounts need to be "manually synced". It was suggested that reaching out to BMO directly would be the best way to confirm whether Express Web Connect and One Step Update are still supported or if any new steps are required to maintain connectivity. It might also help to ask BMO’s online banking department or their third-party aggregators' department for more details.
Hope this helps!
