Accounts Updating Not Working Today

The Quicken Online app is working, but Quicken for Mac Version 8.1.1 (Build 801.56891.100) running on macOS 13.7.4 is not updating any accounts today. Updating just hangs until timing out. No error messages appear.

When you say the update "hangs," do you see any progress bar or indication that it's attempting to update before it times out? Is this happening with all of your accounts, or just specific ones? Have you experienced this issue before, or is this the first time it's happening?
Also, are you seeing any difference in behavior between the online app and the desktop version, aside from the update issue? Any additional details about what you’ve noticed could help me get a clearer picture of the situation.

@geostone1 Quicken Mac is downloading transactions okay for me. So you probably encountered a temporary hiccup or there might be a problem with one of your accounts which is causing the hang.
If you try again and it still hangs, what do you see in the Connection Status window?
