All of them worked until I was notified that I had to reauthorize. I was able to get Home Depot authorized. I still have trouble with 4 accounts. I have a checking account and a savings account and 2 credit cards (Costco and American Airlines). I have tried Citi cards for the 2 credit cards and Citi bank for the checking and savings. All of them come back with "Records don't Match". I have tried changing my user ID and Password in Citi hoping it would shake something loose the the Citi system. Did not help. I am in the process of closing my checking and savings accounts so I only have to export 1 and maybe 2 accounts.

These are the screen shots of what I'm getting when I try to setup my Best Buy and Exxon downloads. I'm able to sign on going directly to site using my current passwords and User ID's

I am having this problem too. Using Quicken for Mac, but my login does not work on the Best Buy/Citibank login page that Quicken opens for me - but it does work on my Best Buy account when I log in.

Jasmine, I am experiencing this same issue, and just reported in Help > Report a problem. Has been going on since the criteria change for Citi Cards. My issue is specific to the Best Buy Credit Card as well.

I am having the same issue with my Shop Your Way Mastercard. I was able to download for years without issue, however since the update I cannot get this card to reauthorize. I get the first 2 screens as the MeToo poster, then get this when I try to sign on.

I have spent hours and tried all the suggestions on numerous posts I've found on this. This card is on the list above. I just tried all the suggestions above - disabled add-ons, checked privacy settings, used Chrome, etc.
I cannot find a way to download Quicken transactions from CitiRetail or i would just do that once a month rather than fiddling around with this.

@Quicken Jasmine Can you please provide a status on this issue?
Also, can you confirm that indeed this issue is officially investigated by "Quicken Support" or if there is a need for me to report the issue to "Quicken Support" outside of this thread and if yes, what is the process?
I'm not familiar with the intricacies of how to engage the correct group at Quicken to investigate software issues and from some of the comments in this thread, it seems that the issue reported on this thread may indeed not have been reported yet to "Quicken Support" because I might not be using the right process.
This issue is really making me waste a lot of time with manual steps, and it seems that others are also impacted, and it would be good to have it fixed.
Thanks again for your help and any advice on how to accelerate the resolution of this issue.

I just was able to setup my transaction downloads for Best Buy. When I check my account list it states on my Exxon account not available. I will look into this by calling Exxon.

The problem still happening and I just submitted a new set of logs. Please let me know if you need anything else to get this issue fixed in a timely manner.

I was able to setup my Exxon account and downloaded the transactions.
I had to type in Exxon Credit Card on the setup menu instead of using Citibank Cards.

Glad to hear you got your accounts connected. Yes, Citi Retail Services cards can only be connected by doing what you did: Type in the name of the retailer in Add Account and then select that one for completing the download setup process.
Those who attempt to set up these retail cards via Citi Cards, Citibank or any other Citi credit card option will not be successful in getting their credit card connected.
