How to not show "You Never Downloaded Transactions" window?

I have been using Quicken for Mac many years and last month I had to migrate to Quicken for Windows, but I have been some difficulties:

When pressing Ctrl-R to reconciliate a banking account, a pop-up “You Never Downloaded Transactions”, how to avoid because some of my accounts doesn´t support this integration? Always assume “Reconcile without downloading”

    Hello @andersonandernet,

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issue you are experiencing!

To better understand what’s happening, could you please provide a screenshot of the message you're seeing when trying to reconcile? If needed, you can refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Also, is this happening with just one account or multiple accounts? For the account(s) in question, can you confirm whether they are set up as manual accounts (i.e., not connected for transaction downloads)? Since you mentioned some of your accounts don’t support integration, that info will help us narrow things down. To do so, navigate to Tools > Account list. If it is connected, you will see Not available under the Transaction Download column, and if it is not connected, you will see a Yes ([connection method name]) instead.

    Looking forward to your response!

I believe that you are referring to this dialog:

The only way you should see this dialog is if the account is setup for downloading transactions and you haven't downloaded transactions today, before trying to reconcile.

There isn't any way to turn this warning off.

In an account that is setup for manual entry this dialog will never appear.

    Everytime I see this screen:

and I select "Reconcile without downloading". My account is a manua/offiline

l account and it happens with all my manual/offiline accounts.

Hmm. I guess I was thinking of the wrong dialog. Have you tried just selecting Reconcile without downloading?

I would suspect that would turn it off going forward for that account.

Note this is the first time I have seen this dialog, it is something new. I don't have any manual credit card accounts these days, but I know it didn't do that in the past.

If that doesn't do it, then I would have say this looks like some kind of bug.

@andersonandernet on the Online Services tab try checking the "Reconcile using online balance", then close the window. Reopen the Online Services tab and then uncheck the box then close the Account Details window.

Then, try the reconcile again and see if you still get that pop-up box.

@CaliQkn I think you are on to something. that Online Services tab is "messed up".

Here is an account setup for manual entry. Notice that it doesn't have the two check boxes at the bottom of the dialog that @andersonandernet's has.

@andersonandernet since you migrated from Quicken Mac I assume this is one of the migrated accounts, right?

I think this problem has something to do with that conversion.
