How to make Quicken respect account exchange?

I have been using Quicken for Mac many years and last month I had to migrate to Quicken for Windows, but I have been some difficulties:

About Accounts Pannel, at Property & Debit and Banking sub-group, total value from sub-group are not equal sum values from accounts inside of this group. Accounts inside of this sub-group are all at same exchange but not in USD. It seems Quicken is trying to convert to USD, but I don´t want it.

What currency settings were applied to these accounts BEFORE you input any transactions. In the absence of such, QWin US only knows USD.

The totality of currencies that Q supports is irrelevant. What matters is your account settings PRIOR to transactions being input to the account.

Absent that setup action, Q only knows USD in the account.

I inform transactions values considering each currency account defined.

Quicken Mac doesn't have full multiple currency support. As such, it does things differently than Quicken Windows. Since it doesn't handle currency exchanges the took the approach of either displaying the different currencies separately or just "as numbers" and ignoring that they can't really be mixed. For instance, Quicken Windows US will refuse to sync non-USD currency accounts to Mobile/Web, but Quicken Mac just sends them up as "numbers". And since Mobile/Web don't support multiple currency, you get "sums" that mix currencies illegally.

Quicken Windows US does have the exchange rates and as such in many places it will convert to the "Home Currency", which defaults to USD, but can be changed to another currency. I don't think there is anywhere in Quicken Windows US that you can show multiple currencies. At the most you can set a report to report in a different currency.

Also note that Quicken Windows US only saves the current exchange rate, which will make a net worth over time report incorrect. Quicken Windows Canadian has the best support for multiple currencies and saves the exchange rates over time, but its home currency can't be changed and defaults to CAD.
