Citi account downloading minimum payment in error

I have 2 citi cc accounts. I noted that when I downloaded the transactions in Quicken, the charges were duplicated in both accounts. Verifying the actual charges on the Citi site revealed the charges NOT to be duplicated. I manually cleaned up the duplications in each account in Quicken.

Looking at my Citi/Costco bill today, I see that the auto payment of pay balance in full was changed to pay only the minimum in this account. This change was not initiated by myself or the other user of the account. Citi customer support identified the change in auto pay was changed on 3/16/2025 from their website.

In reading other complaints, I note a similar type of error occurred within Quicken in 2021 which was apparently resolved. I'm wondering if this might be an artifact of a Quicken update. The citi customer support person was able to reset the auto pay directive and restore the interest charged due to this error. Has this problem emerged with others?

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Was the issue with duplicates a one-time problem that was corrected when you manually cleaned up the duplicate transactions, or has this been a recurring problem?

    Is the auto payment something that you schedule through Citi's website, or do you schedule your bill payments through Quicken?
