I cannot connect to Norstrom

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing trouble connecting to Nordstrom.

    So that I can investigate this issue a bit more internally, could you please send over a problem report? Here’s how to do that:

    1. In Quicken, go to the Help menu.
    2. Select Report a Problem.
    3. In the window that appears, please include a brief description of the issue (you can copy and paste your post if you like).
    4. Make sure to check the boxes for:
      • Include Quicken Log Files
      • Include Screenshots
    5. Click Send to Quicken.

    Once it has been submitted, please reply here to let me know!

    For the first time in a long, long time I was able to set up Online for my Norstrom account :-) I even tried it several time and I got no error. The only issue I encountered was the only Norstrom charge I've had for many months did not download when I reset the account.
