UPDATED 4/17/25 Merrill Lynch Investments- OL-301-A in QWIN and OFX-2000 In QMAC

We are getting reports that users trying to connect or update accounts from Merrill Lynch Investments to Quicken for Windows are getting an OL-301 error. When trying to connect or update accounts using Quicken for Mac, customers see an OFX-2000 error.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

To be notified of updates as they become available, please click the bookmark ribbon located in the upper right. If you do not see the bookmark ribbon, please make sure that you are signed into the Quicken Community.

UPDATE 4/17/25

We've identified that these errors are caused by the financial institution due to Merrill Lynch requiring a "clientuid" during aggregation. If you receives these errors, we advise that you please navigate to the Merrill Lynch Website to enable Direct Connect access.

If still unsuccessful, then you will need to contact Merrill Lynch directly at 1-800-637-7455 for further assistance, as this is not a Quicken bug.
