lincoln financial zero balance issues persists

Hello @paul28,
Thanks for reaching out!
Great question. I can clarify the status for you. When an issue is marked as "Closed" in Quicken, it means that we're seeing fewer reports of users experiencing the problem, but we are still actively investigating it. A "Closed" status does not mean a fix has been implemented—it simply indicates that we've collected enough information to proceed with internal investigation and are no longer requesting additional reports from users.
On the other hand, if the issue were marked "Resolved," that would mean a fix has been released and the investigation is officially complete.
So in this case, although the issue is marked as "Closed," no resolution has been rolled out yet. If you're still experiencing the $0 balance issue with Lincoln Financial, you're not alone—and the investigation is ongoing.
I hope this clears things up!
