Quicken Mac Other Member
So, Quicken (for Mac/Classic) has never been able to properly update my accounts with Fiduciary Trust International. My bank and other providers can do this, but Quicken cannot. There are no error messages just seems like it cannot pull the data correctly from this institution.

To better assist you further, I will need to gather some additional information.
- What type of investment account do you have set up with this financial institution?
- Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they?
- Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?
- Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?
- Has it never been able to download, or does it intermittently successfully download anything? If the latter, have you noticed any pattern as to when it does/doesn't download?
- Were there any significant changes to your system or software before the issue began (updates, new installations, etc.)?
- Could you please provide your log files via Help > Report a problem
