Quicken Desktop Scheduled Transactions Disappear

I just started having this issue yesterday.
I noticed that some of not most of april scheduled manual reoccuring bills are missing. But they are there for the next cycle. If I edit the bill in the next series to back date it. I can see it, I can update it etc.. But when I do a mobile sync the scheduled bill is now gone.
is there a way that quicken desktop will always overwrite the cloud data? The last time I used the cloud sync I had a similar issue and never got a fix to it.

When you say the April scheduled transactions are missing, are they completely gone from the Bills & Income tab, or just not appearing in the register? Do the affected reminders have anything in common—like the same frequency, category, or payment method? When you backdate a future-dated bill and it becomes visible, are you seeing that change persist across sessions, or does it vanish again after syncing?
How often are you syncing with the mobile app, and have you seen this kind of behavior in the past with cloud sync? Have you made any changes to your sync settings recently, or was there an update around the time the issue started? Are all scheduled transactions impacted, or just certain ones?

It seems there may be an issue with "Pending Transactions". Try disabling this feature in Quicken. Edit → Preferences → Pending Transactions, turn this "off". See if scheduled transactions are still disappearing.

Correction…I'm still having this problem with the feature turned off.
