changing bank login in credentials

My bank, Truist Bank, have added new safety features requiring new customer ids for all their accounts. I have changed and am able to access my account but I can not get Quicken to update the new info so it is not downloading my recent transactions. I am using Windows 11. Sorry I don't have screenshots but when it downloads on the summary page it flags the accounts and say id is incorrect. I have clicked the "FIX IT" button and changed the info and tried again to update my file but nothing updates and I get the same message. Have I completely lost the use of Quicken or is there a fix.

Hello @kncpetlover,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. When the Fix It button does not work to correct the issue, the next step is to backup your Quicken file, deactivate the problem accounts, then reconnect them by going to Accounts>Add Account… and following the prompts. When you get to the Add/Link screen, please make sure to carefully link your accounts to the correct existing accounts in Quicken.
Please let me know how it goes!
