Wrong amount?

When I go to the stack view for bills and income it keeps changing the amount in my SS income. If I go to the option to update and input new nothing is wrong the amounts there are all correct. If I click on done it goes back to where it should be. Why is it changing it?

Hello @rdlu_1,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. How is the amount of your SS income changing? You mentioned that everything is correct when you click Edit, and then after hitting done, it goes back to the correct value. At what point is it wrong again? For example, does this happen after opening Quicken, any time you go to a different screen and back to Bills & Income again, etc.? When did you first notice this change in behavior?
I look forward to your response!

Not totally sure when it happens. I just logged in and the wrong amount was showing. I'll keep track if it's when i first log in.

When my Soc Sec amounts changed earlier this year (ignoring the one-time payment received in March) I had to go in and Edit this and all future instances to make the change apply not only to the current instance for this month, but also to all future payments yet to come.
What process are you using to change your Soc Sec reminder's amounts?

For me I have no idea when it changes the amount. Sometimes when I log in it's as it should be other times it's wrong or $0.00. Same thing is happening with my pension payment too.

Thank you for your reply,
To clarify, this is something that you're noticing when you open your Quicken app, and it seems to happen randomly?
As @UKR asked earlier, what process are you using when you edit/correct your reminder amounts?
Thank you!

To correct it I go to Edit this and all future instances. It opens the input box and I just click on done and it goes back to where it should be.

Thank you for your reply,
I'm not able to replicate the issue in my Quicken. To troubleshoot this, I recommend that you start by backing up your Quicken file, then delete and recreate the problem reminders.
Please let me know how it goes!

I've done that and it still does it.

Thank you for your response,
Sorry for the delayed reply. I did not receive notification you'd responded.
Does this issue happen only when using stack view? If you haven't already done so, please click the dropdown next to View as and test to see if switching to another view prevents this issue from happening.
This can help determine if it's an issue specifically with stack view or not.
Thank you!

I did check other views and it still did it. However, the last few times I've been on it had been as it should be. I didn't change anything, but right now it seems like it fixed itself?
