Two bank logins, Same bank

I am using Quicken Classic Premier on Windows 11. We have seven checking/savings accounts at the Navy Federal Credit Union. One login is for my personal accounts and our shared accounts. The other is for my husband's personal accounts and our shared accounts. Everything has worked fine for over four years, but now Quicken will only log into one side or the other, and tells me to delete all the other accounts. I'm using Express Web Connect+. I've tried deactivating and reactivating my husband's accounts while unchoosing the joint accounts, and now I have five accounts with a red NO symbol beside them (circle with a diagonal line.)

Hello @hopsonbiz,
Thanks for reaching out to tell us about this issue!
To better assist you, could you please provide the following details?
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
- When deactivated and reactivated—did you reactivate via Set up Now in the Online Services tab, or via Add Account?
- Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?
- Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?
- When did this issue first start occurring?
- Were there any significant changes to your system or software before the issue began (updates, new installations, etc.)?
Your answers will help us diagnose the issue more effectively.
Looking forward to your response!

Sorry, I've been out of town. Answers to your questions, in order:
It's on my local hard drive.
I tried both Set up Now and Add Account.
VPN status doesn't make any difference.
Disabling antivirus/malware protection makes no difference.
Everything worked fine until a few days ago. Now, whichever login I set up in Quicken, the other accounts are declared closed. The Password Vault shows one login account number, with password not needed. Something must have changed (i.e. Quicken updated?) but I didn't notice.
No other updates or changes to my system.
Thank you for your help.
Terri
P.S. I called NFCU today, and made all of our bank accounts joint, which means that I now have access to all of them under one login. It fixed the problem, but I shouldn't have needed to do this. In fact, I'm having a panic attack, due to my ex stealing all my money in the past, because his name was on my accounts. I didn't know how scary it would be for me to put myself in the same situation. I'm hoping you know of a solution for others in the same boat. Thanks.
