Bask Bank Error FDP-176

for months now I've been getting an "FDP-176 / CP_SCRIPT_ERROR A bill was not found at the site. AccountList is empty" error when trying to add my account from Bask Bank. There's definitely an account there. thanks for any help.

I was able to confirm that you are receiving an FDP-176 error internally with your Bask Bank account(s). To better understand why this error is occurring, please submit a problem report from within Quicken so I can review the internal logs and the errors that you are experiencing in more depth. Here’s how to do that:

How to Submit a Problem Report (Mac):

1. Open Quicken.
2. In the top menu bar, click Help > Report a Problem.
3. In the description field, please type:
   “Bask Bank – FDP-176 error”
4. If possible, include any screenshots of the error message you're seeing.
5. Click Send to Quicken.
