Report that shows which payment methods are linked to every bill reminder

Is there a way to know which reminders are associated with, let's say, a specific credit card number. When we have to renew a credit card, because it has expired, it would be useful to track which future bills are linked to this credit card, using a Quicken report. Maybe there is a way to do so but I am not aware of it

    Hello @sergeduquette,

We appreciate you reaching out with your question!

While there isn't a specific Report you can pull for this, you can, however, pull this up in Bills & Income. To do so, please follow the instructions below.

    1. Navigate to the Bills & Income tab
    2. On the top-right, click on Manage Manual Bills and Income image.png
    3. Click on All Bills & Deposits at the top and select the payment account (which is the payment method) from the For account dropdown located below the list. image.png

This will display which bills are associated with which payment account.

    Hope this helps!

@sergeduquette as @Quicken Anja stated, there is no ready made bill report that shows this, but another way to accomplish this is by using tags.

    1. Set up a tag for automatic payments such as "Auto" or "Apay", or anything you wish.
    2. Attach this tag to all of your automatic payment transactions.
    3. Add the tag to the automatic payment reminders. Going forward, this tag will added to your automatic payment transactions.

Then any time you want, you can run a transactional report filtering on the tag that will show which payees where automatically paid from the credit card. This will at least give you some idea of which payees to contact or update before your credit card expires.

If you don't currently use tags, or don't want a "Tag" column in your register, you can also use the "Category" column for tags by separating the category and tab by a slash "/", such as "Bills & Utilities:Water/Apay".

You can add a Bill & Income Reminders snapshot to a custom Home tab view. The snapshot can optionally show the account that is used to pay the bill. Then it’s just a matter of scanning through the list to see the bills paid from the expiring credit card.
