Struggling with reminders being automatically moved into transactions

Previous reminders which used to work to prompt manually paying bills and transferring funds, now are being automatically moved into downloaded transaction registers on accounts. Which means no reminder and therefore no process.
What has Quicken changed that now automatically moves reminders and how do I stop it?

Go to Tools > Manage Bill and Income Reminders and look at the Status column for an affected Reminder. If the Reminder is set to remind you, it will say "Upcoming," "Due," or "Overdue."
If it says "Auto," the Reminder is set to auto enter. If you want to be reminded instead, click on Edit and change the first setting under Optional settings.
Is it newly created reminders that are affected, or are these old Reminders and as far as you know you did not change the setting?

Old reminders that repeat. I have not changed them.
No reminders show auto… only overdue, due, or upcoming.0 -
Sometimes (not often) old reminders can get corrupted. When this happens they need to be deleted and then set up, again. If you are apprehensive about deleting all of the ones with this issue, maybe you could try doing that with just one or two of them and see if that resolves the issue for those. If it does, you can then proceed to do the same with the remaining reminders that are having this issue.

Thanks. I will aim to go into those change settings and see if Quicken revised something.
