Duplicates from 4/17/20

Anyone who uses Quicken to keep track of finances should know that their program has a problem. All transactions appear as duplicates for about 3 yrs. I called their "help" line and was told I have to delete the duplicate entries manually and that in about a week they will have an update to fix the issue. They will notify by email. They "cannot" reimburse me for the yearly subscription to satisfy me a little. Also, knowing that they had a problem, they might have emailed us a notification, so I would not have spent time trying to figure out what was going on. I am now looking for another program that will download from my banks. Any suggestions!
