Why is the sales tax not calculating correctly on the invoice as per the recorded interest rate?

Hello,
I am using Quicken Business and Personal version R62.18. I am creating invoices to bill my clients and have properly set up the sales tax accounts (Federal and provincial). The issue: the system is not calculating the correct tax amount on the invoice as per the interest rate recorded in the sales tax account. The interest rate is 9.975% and the invoice is calculating using 8%. How is this possible?

Hello @Johnny Quinto,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, you have the tax rate set in the sales tax account, but when you create invoices, it's calculating 8% instead of 9.975%?
When did you first notice this behavior? Was it previously working correctly, then changed, or has it always been doing this?
I look forward to your reply!
