NEW! 5/6/25 BNY for former MEL - 3801 FDP-103/CC-503

Our teams have discovered that users are seeing an issue with BNY for former MEL-3801 returning an FDP-103 in Quicken Classic Mac and a CC-503 in Classic Windows. Instances related to this FI are also affected.

Exact message from Intuit: “Internet Banking is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try refreshing your account later.”

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
