Bank of America "Memo Printed on Check" and "Note to Self" fields no longer transfer to Quicken

I have been using Quicken for Mac for about 15 years so I have seen multiple releases. Quicken use to transfer information from Bank of America's online bill payment system that was in the Memo field. At some point BA also added the personal note field. At one time, I was getting one of the fields to transfer into Quicken but no longer. It would be extremely useful if either of these fields would download into Quicken again so that information for that specific check would be available inside of Quicken. For example, the information might be an invoice number or the month and year of some specific service. Attached please find a screen grab from Bank of America's Bill Pay Service.

Thank you for sharing your experience. When did you first notice this change in behavior?

If this information is viewable on Bank of America's website only in the Bill Pay section, then I suspect this may have changed when Bank of America stopped offering Direct Connect as a connection option, and went to Express Web Connect+ only.
