Penfed problems again

Using Quicken for Mac, current version. I am getting nearly-constraint Error 160 (acct. name doesn't match) and Error 324 (name may have changed) on every account. Occasionally one or two work but it has been several days since all 12 Penfed accounts were connected properly.
I was getting mostly Error 324 at night occasionally but it cleared up by morning. Now it's fairly constant and Penfed's connections are becoming (yet again!) unstable with Quicken.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hello @Harry D,
Thank you for letting us know you're having trouble with Penfed again. I can see you've submitted quite a few problem reports about this issue.
If you haven't already done so, please backup your file and follow the troubleshooting from this article on error 324:
Step 1: Deactivate the account(s)
- Go to the Accounts menu and choose Hide and Show Accounts.
- Uncheck any accounts with this specific financial institution (FI) that are hidden in Lists.
- When complete, click on the account name for your account(s) in the Accounts toolbar in Quicken.
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select the Downloads tab.
- Click on Disconnect Account.
- Click Done. Do this on each account with this FI.
- Quit Quicken.
Step 2: Reactivate and link the account(s)
- Reopen Quicken.
- Go to Accounts > Add Account.
- Type the name of the financial institution, make the appropriate selection, then click Continue.
- Enter your login credentials and click Continue.
- When Quicken has returned all accounts discovered for this FI, very carefully LINK each of the found accounts to the appropriate account you already have set up in Quicken.
NOTE: This process will download 90 to 200 days of transactions, depending on your bank. If you find duplicate transactions in your account(s), you can delete these transactions from the account register.
Please let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the re-connection steps. Except for showing the hidden accounts in Quicken, this is the procedure I've performed two or three times already, with mixed results. I tried it again with additional "show accounts" step. Not all accounts are discovered — for example, when I did show on accounts, there should have been 13 accounts found, but only 12 were identified.
Mostly connections do NOT work. I get the orange dots most of the time. Errors 324 and 169 show up constantly. The bottom line is that I cannot reliably connect to Penfed. Things were quite stable after the 3rd party solution was adopted by Penfed, but about a week or ten days ago, the errors became the norm.1 -
Thank you for your reply,
