I opened a ticket in the app, where is it?

I opened up a trouble ticket from within the windows premier desktop app for a problem downloading transactions. I attached a screenshot. Where can I see my tickets?

Just to clarify—are you referring to submitting a report through Help > Report a Problem within the Quicken desktop app? If so, please note that Problem Reports do not create support tickets. Instead, the information submitted is used for diagnostic and statistical purposes, especially when investigating widespread issues or when escalated through direct contact with Quicken Support.
These reports aren’t retrievable on the user’s end once submitted, but we are able to view them internally. I can see that your most recent submission was regarding an issue with Wells Fargo transactions not downloading. I also checked internally and currently don’t see any connection errors occurring on your account.
In your report, you mentioned deactivating and reactivating the account. When you reactivated, did you use the Set up Now button in the Online Services tab, or did you go through Tools > Add Account?
