Mortgage Payment Split Not Working

I must be doing something wrong. I edited the payment that downloaded into my checking account to be a split with the principal transferring to the mortgage loan account, the escrow portion transferring to a mortgage escrow account I created and the interest categorized as mortgage interest. All adds up on the split but when I look at the mortgage and escrow accounts, the amounts are not there. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Shows as a typical split transaction in Checking Account, but not in mortgage or escrow account.

Thanks for the image. That does indeed look correct.

Now, is the mortgage account activated for transaction downloading? An online-connected mortgage doesn't have an account register.

Are both account registers, if present, sorted correctly by Date and not filtered to exclude date ranges or transaction types?

My mortgage account is not able to connect so I set up a manual account. I removed all the transactions in that manual account since the split was not showing thinking that would help. It seems that simultaneously removed them from my downloaded transactions in my checking account. I will have to manually reenter them. A bummer, but not horrible. Just from 5/2024. If I can't get the split to work, I guess I'll not have the details in Quicken.

The mortgage wizard is tough. Payments change a little most years a little after escrow analysis and I saw no way to adjust for that either.

Weirder than all that is when I set up the loan and house, it enters all the payments in the bill reminder. There is a giant, distorted graphic that sits on top of the projected balances. Just a blurry blob that does not allow it to be used. I can sort of see a list of payments and it shows two of each one. Here it is!

No options on the Bills & Income tab are viewable. All have a different blurred graphic over them. Odd.
