First US Bank Still Confuses Available Balance with Current Balance

I didn't get the notice on this April 4 reply so am replying again. I sent in the logs but they show nothing this weekend as there are no pending transactions. I will send them again today or tomorrow.

Auto Reconcile in Quicken Deluxe Mac will not work as a result and in Simplifi the balance is wrong.

    Sorry for the delayed response. I didn't receive notification that you'd sent logs.

    I created the ticket, but our teams do need some additional information. They need a screenshot of the Available and Current balances on the financial institution side when you are seeing the issue in Quicken. Please feel free to redact any personal information from the screenshot. You should be able to include it as an attachment when you send a problem report.

    I will do that. It seems to be fixed today in Quicken Classic, but it has introduced a new problem to Quicken Simplifi.

    @Quicken Kristina I sent in the logs and screenshots. Quicken downloads from First US Bank have been correct since Monday so I am optimistic it is fixed.

    The bank site still shows Available Balance and Current Balance as the same whether or not there are pending. But this seems to be a bank issue. I have continued to notify them of this, but they seem clueless.
