Bug Report - Sort By in Bill & Income Reminders

I have identified this issue in Ver R62.18 - Canadian. I am unaware whether the same issue exists in the USA version - perhaps someone can verify if it does?
In the Bill and Income Reminders window, I am able to choose the Sort By column when I am on the "Monthly Bills & Deposits" tab. However, I am unable to change/choose the Sort By column when I am on the All Bills & Deposits tab. Whatever Sort By setting is selected on the Monthly Bills & Deposits tab does carry over to the All Bills & Deposits tab; therefore, there is a workaround to change the sort order on the All Bills and Deposits tab, which is to switch over to the Monthly Bills & Deposits tab, select the desired sort order and then switch back to the All Bills & Deposits tab.
<EDIT> I have now determined that the "buggy" behaviour depends on whether any Bills are proposed to be scheduled. Once I said "no" to the "action" for a proposed scheduled bill and there were no more transaction proposed to be scheduled, I could then sort the columns as expected. This is odd behaviour!

No… I was referring to clicking on the column headers themselves, e.g. clicing on "Due" or "Pay To", "Payments" or "Amount".
