Unable to add new on-line payer

When I went to "Bills&Income" tab, and clicked on the "+" button, and a drop down menu appeared. Listed "Online Bill" and "Manual Bill". When I clicked on either of these options nothing happened. Wanted to add Cpmenity Capital Bank (Saks Credit Card). I have an account in Quicken Quicken, SaksFirst Credit Card XX8044 that I am able to downloaded transactions.

- Quicken Bill Manager Quick Pay
- Quicken Bill Manager Check Pay
- Autopay from the credit card's website, direct debited from your checking account automatically every month

Hello,
I am using Quiken for Windows and my Quicken data file is on my local hard drive. This issue started when I was upgraded to the latest beta test version of Quicken, Version 62.16 Build 27.1.62.16. I have found no way to troubleshoot this issue by myself. The website is

Thanks for the additional info and for confirming you're using Quicken for Windows.
Just to clarify—when you mentioned that “nothing happened” after clicking on Online Bill or Manual Bill, do you mean:
- The screen stays exactly the same with no response at all?
- A window or panel tries to open but doesn't fully load?
- No list of billers populates, or it doesn’t proceed to the bill setup screen?
Knowing exactly what you're seeing will help us narrow down whether this is a display issue, a loading problem, or something else.
Side note: I went ahead and moved your post to the proper Windows category to avoid any further confusion.
Looking forward to your reply!
