New York State Deferred Compensation Plan connection issue

Quicken Mac Subscription Member
I keep getting this when I try to connect to New York State Deferred Compensation Plan. I have been able to connect in the past. I can log in to my account on their site. My Boldin New Retirement account can log in as well. It's just quicken that cannot (but has in the past) get updated. I'm using Quicken Classic 8.2.0
