Accounts "update" but no new transactions download

    Well, the last two days are a new way to error: The connections appeared to take place, no errors, and the status showed finished. Except accounts updated all showed 0 changes. No I know some will be zero, but our bank account, the credit card, and for sure Merrill Lynch brokerage accounts would have changes almost every day. But two days in a row with total zero changes — not possible.

    Hey Quicken, what is actually happening here? Did many banks and credit cards disallow direct connections now? They all require Intuit connection methods? Or is this a Quicken decision?

    Hi Kristina,

    Not applicable. These are transactions that should have downloaded from the last 5 days. Im not looking for transactions 90 days or older. Sort order is correct, they have not been moved to the wrong register, as this has worked fine for over a decade.

    There was one register I was trying to refill as the change in the connection methods for E*Trade caused all transactions to disappear from my register. But that was a different issue.

    Here I was expecting the transactions from the last 5 days to appear. I will wait a few days and try again and see if this corrects itself over time.
