Cannot Activate De-Activated accounts Kemba Credit Union

Several days ago Quicken gave an error message that I could not download transactions and the fix was in CC-800. It required deactivating accounts. The HELP given was to deactivate the account, reactivate it by adding the account again and then LINKING the account to a previous account. The problem is, it only allows you to add the new account and then log into the checking account and downloading the transactions. There is no way to LINK the account to a previous account.
What is the solution?

Thank you for your reply. The initial error message (CC-503) I previously received was when I mistakenly tried to logon to Kemba Credit Union. My bank is the Kemba FINANCIAL Credit Union. I retried to deactivate and activate and it only give me the option to add a NEW OFFLINE account. There is no option to link to my existing account. I restored to a previous data backup and the Kemba accounts show they are active and setup for Express Web Connect, but they are not included in the ONE Step Update and there is no way for me to add them to the list.
Adding a new OFFLINE account is worthless because I would have to download all the transactions for 2 years into the account. How do I reactivate these 4 Kemba accounts? Thank you.

Yes. I tried the complete instructions for resolving the CC-800 error. When I "Add Account" it does not search for my banking institution. It just adds an OFFLINE account and there is no drop down option to LINK to an existing account. This give me an OFFLINE account and is not what I am looking for. Thank You.

RESOLVED!
I figured out a way to re-link all my accounts. I had to use ADD account to Quicken and then it connected to Kemba. I then LINKED the accounts found to my existing accounts. Everything synced and it is working now.
If you DEACTIVATE the accounts before adding and account, the process only gives you the choice to add an OFFLINE account.
You may want to revise your instructions to add the accounts. Deactivating makes thins worse.
Thank you.
