I have 2 CC Accounts with Citi. Each has it's own User Name and Password but are both associated with the same email. How do I get them both to download current info?

Just to clarify, are you referring to the desktop application or Quicken on the Web? Also, what exactly is occurring? Are you receiving any error codes or messages?
