Income & Transfer Screen Obscured by partial Bills Screen

Quicken version R62.16 Build 27.1.62.16. Whenever i select the income and transfer Screen it is partially covered the previous bills screen, Selecting the Projected Balances screen also is partially by the bills screen, it appears as if the bills screen is not properly closed down. Is there any way to resolve this?

I've had the same thing happen to me, once or twice in the past, but it's such a rare occurrence that I can't put a finger on a potential cause.
The only way out of this issue is to stop and restart Quicken.

If it were to happen to me again, I'll be sure to capture some screen snapshots.
