Rental payment does not show up

New to Quicken on Windows. I purchased Quicken and input Jan to April 2025 in order to establish info for the entire year going forward. One client account does not show any input although I have put it in several times for the months of March and April. The other months are ok.

Any ideas?

    Thank you for sharing your experience. To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. The title of your post indicates this is a rental payment issue, but in your description of the issue, you refer to a client rather than a tenant.

    What process are you using to input the information? If the information that's refusing to save is a rental payment, please try following the process described in this help article: https://info.quicken.com/win/how-do-i-enter-rent

    If you have already done that, and it's not working, please provide more details exactly what is happening.
