    Im still having error as well trying to use direct connect »»> here is last info I have

    Is there anything new Quicken support can share??????

    If you are experiencing issues with TD Bank not allowing accounts to connect online using Direct Connect, it is important to confirm the connection method in Quicken. If the account is activated for Express Web Connect (EWC) or Quicken Connect, you should escalate to EWC Escalations. However, for accounts activated with Direct Connect, you must refer to the Online Banking Support for the financial institution (FI) as Quicken does not have access to the bank's servers necessary to determine why certain transactions are not presented in the OFX data transmission created and distributed by the bank or their service provider. Only the FI can create any escalation to their OFX team required to resolve missing data.

    CLOSED 10/11/24 TD Bank Online Banking - FDP-350 / CC-501

    We are seeing a recent rise in FDP-350 errors in Quicken for Mac and CC-501 errors in Quicken for Windows when customers try to update their TD Bank Online Banking. The error details show that customers need to go through the authorization of their accounts once more, and they should be good to go. If the issue persists after reauthorizing the accounts, please contact Quicken Support for assistance.
