American Express Multiple Cardholders not downloading all data

I have two cards on an American Express account. Quicken only downloads activity for one card. American Express support says this is a known issue and that Quicken has a solution. What is the solution?

In order to further assist you, I need some more information. When did this issue begin? Are both of these accounts under the same login information? What type of accounts are these? Do you receive any error codes or messages? Are you able to add both accounts?

As a data point for you, @SimpleFoodie , I have two cards on an American Express account and both continue to download properly (for over 20 years now).

I have the same issue now for a few weeks, having 4 different Amex users. It was working fine for many year but now it simply dones not work anymore. I tried several time a reset of the "online services" - "Reset account" but unsuccessful :(
