VSAC - Student Loan Provider no longer connecting - FDP-101
A student loan provider, VSAC, implemented multi-factor authentication with Okta a while ago. Ever since then I cannot add that account in Quicken. Here's the error message I receive:
—
Care Code: FDP-101
Details:
CP_SCRIPT_ERROR
General error. Summary URL is unavailable for the given Xpath,, Kindly support the changed scenario.
This discussion in Simplifi seems to describe the same issue, but no solution was given. Any suggestions?
