Currency symbol support in memo field

When I travel I use the Quicken Classic app to track expenses. I like to put the amount in my home currency ($US) into the "Amount" field, then use the "Memo" field to track the amount in the local currency (€, £, ¥, etc.) so I can connect the receipt to the transaction later.

Unfortunately, the local currency symbols get stripped from the memo field when the transaction is downloaded into Quicken for Windows.

It's not a big deal, I can still connect my receipt with the amount in the memo field and the transaction date, but it would be nice if it worked, and it shouldn't be too hard to implement.
