OnPath Federal Credit Union no longer using quicken?

OnPath recently revamped their online banking pages and now quicken download no longer appears to support OnPath FCU…the bank is now missing from the list of banks you can connect with. Nothing on OnPath website indicates they were dropping quicken. Anyone know anything about OnPath no longer working with quicken?

    Hello @TrustNoOne,

    Thanks for reaching out!

If OnPath Federal Credit Union is no longer appearing in Quicken’s list of supported financial institutions, that typically means they’ve chosen to discontinue support for online connectivity with Quicken. This is usually a decision made on the bank’s end.

We recommend reaching out to OnPath directly to confirm whether they’ve officially ended Quicken support, and if so, whether they have plans to reinstate it in the future.

    Thank you!

I noticed the same problem. I sent a message through their Message Center.

Today OnPath has a pdf of how to connect to quicken. They say to use the OFX format.

Hi @Quicken Anja , does Quicken support OFX imports?

It looks like Louisiana FCU and OnPath FCU completely merged as of June 3, 2025. It is interesting to note that Louisiana FCU is still on the list of banks (for Quicken Windows) you can connect with.

This is a longshot but you might be able to connect your OnPath FCU accounts with "Louisiana FCU"

Please also note that there is a typo with the FI name in Quicken Windows - the i is missing. I don't know if this makes any difference.

I also should make it clear that this is for Quicken Windows. I am not sure if the Quicken Mac users will see the same Financial Institutions listed.

(There seems to be a mixture of Mac and Windows posts in this thread).
