    My Bloomingdales Visa also will not update. I sent in my report today. Department Store National Bank has been a subsidiary of Citi for at least 16 years. I'm not sure how much of a difference the card's bank change will really make.

    Does anyone from Quicken actually look at these comments? It's been 6 days since Anja from Quicken was last on.

    Bloomingdale's Visa uses citiretailservices, it is the same service as Exxon cards. This should not be a continuing problem on Quicken.

    Hello @augiboy,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I checked on our end and can confirm that you're encountering the same internal error code: FDP-102 FI_TIMEOUT. However, since you're using Quicken Classic for Mac (while the original post refers to Quicken Classic for Windows), I went ahead and split your post into a separate thread to keep things organized.

    Please refer to this support article for more information about FDP-102 errors.

    If the guidance in the article doesn’t resolve the issue, as noted at the bottom of the page, please contact Quicken Support directly. Our support agents can collect and review your log files and escalate the issue if needed.

    Thank you!

    Thanks Quicken Anja, but I am surprised this has not already been escalated. There is already a list out there of Citi Retail Services cards that are being worked on by Quicken. This is just one more card to add the list.

    @augiboy You're welcome!

    At this time, we’re not seeing a widespread issue reported for this particular connection.

    If the steps in the support article don’t resolve the issue for you, it will need to be handled through an individual escalation via Quicken Support. Should we begin to see more users reporting the same problem, it will then be classified as a widespread issue.

    We appreciate you taking the time to report it, and please don’t hesitate to follow up with Support if you continue experiencing the error.

    Thank you!

    So only 2 of us have reported the problem and that is not enough? That does seem kind of a weird way to do customer care. My Bloomingdale's Visa problem is probably very closely related to the current Macy's card problem. They are both cards from the same subsidiary of Citi.
