Quicken for Mac Canada - National Bank Financial - Cash balance not updating

I recently set up RRSP accounts in Quicken to link to my National Bank Financial accounts. I am not seeing cash balances being updated . the accounts in question are using the "simple positions only" for investment tracking method. How do I get the cash balances to update?

When did this issue begin to occur? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Did this issue occur after anything specific (for example, a recent update)? Are you aware of any changes made by the financial institution?

i'm unaware if the financial institution made any changes. I have just recently connected this financial institution with quicken to synchronize with positions only and this was when I found that the cash balances were not downloading to Quicken
