PayPal MC Connection and Downloading problems

I had my Paypal MC connected to PayPal Credit and Crypto. It was downloading, but with my name in all of the payee names. I was making do with that when suddenly the connection broke and I could not reconnect. I reconnected using PayPal.com instead. I was able to connect. Now the downloaded transactions not only have my name as the payee but the charges and payments are reversed (charges in the payments column and visa versa).

Thanks for sharing the details of what you're experiencing—this does sound frustrating!

To help us better understand and confirm what’s happening, could you please provide:

• 3 example transactions (with dates and amounts)
• A copy of your log files (via Help > Report a problem)
• And confirm the account type (e.g., Checking, Credit Card, etc.) that the PayPal account is currently set to in Quicken?

Sometimes, if an account is set up with the wrong type, it can cause transaction data to be reversed, so we’ll want to verify that.
