    This is happening again:

    Version R60.20; Build 27.1.63.21

I went through support, and they made me jump through a bunch of hoops to realize that it was a bug that needed to be fixed. It was resolved for quite a while and has started happening again recently. How do I find my old ticket? I don't seem to have any emails and I really don't want to go through the whole process again.

    Hello @jennie.griner,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’ve gone ahead and merged your post into this ongoing thread, as it appears to be related to the same issue being discussed here.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, if the CC-601 error persists for more than 24 hours, we recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will be able to review your log files and determine if an escalation is necessary.

That said, I did check internally, and your previous ticket number is #11604350. If you decide to contact support again, you can go ahead and reference that number as well.

    Thank you!
