GESA credit union: Credit card imports as a loan
GESA credit union has changed how it manages their Visa cards. I can no longer download transactions. When I try to recreate the connection to online banking Quicken will only import this as a loan. I have no way to fix this. I cannot tell Quicken it is a credit card. I just get a dropdown menu of loan types.
How do I set this up as a credit card without Quicken overriding everything?

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
