I have a brokerage account that is double counting cash. How can I hide the cash line ?
UBS — using Simplified method for IRAs
The cash is double counted as there is a line for Bank Deposit Account which has shares = to the cash amount. There is also a line for Cash separately.
How do I hide the Cash line so that it doesn't get double counted?

Hello @donnarey,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Was it previously working correctly, or has it behaved this way ever since the account was connected? If you have multiple accounts with this financial institution, is this happening in all the accounts, or just one?
I look forward to your reply!

This has been a problem forever - I just finally am trying to get it solved.
I have multiple accounts with UBS — only the 2 IRA ones exhibit this behavior.
I even created a brand new Quicken file to ensure that I was dealing with corruption as I have used the product for 15+ years and have had issues before with data corruption.
This new Quicken file I chose to use the Simplified method for the all UBS accounts except our checking account to help identify what the IRA balances never match.
In the IRA accounts I included the 2 lines in screen shorts
1 - there is a Bank Deposit Account with shares that = the cash
2 - there is a line for Cash
Both get added to the total value so the cash is double counted.
How do I hide the cash line?
If I change the shares in the Bank Deposit account to 0 - the balance in Quicken matches the UBS account - but then when I update/download it re-adds the shares — which is expected behavior.
