Citi still reporting issue

@Quicken Anja Is this still ongoing? And is it the same as getting, from my Costco Visa with Citi, "The associated accounts can't update right now. We are investigating the issue." ? I've gotten this message for at least a week, EVEN THOUGH OSU reports that my account was updated and I receive 1 new transaction.

    In Quicken, when using your Costco Citi card,

    • do you use "Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi" as the name of the financial institution?
    • do you use the Tools / Add Account function (or click the "+" icon in the Account Sidebar title)?

    Try both and see if that works any better.
