Missing messages
I'm trying to get an update on an online banking issue. I can see in my notifications that an update is available, but when I click on it, I'm taken to a page that says Permission Problem — You don't have permission to do that.

Thanks for reaching out. The “Permission Problem — You don’t have permission to do that” message occurs because the alert you were trying to access has since been marked resolved and archived. Once archived, the alert is no longer accessible.
Upon reviewing your account, I see that you’re also receiving an internal CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND error. To address this, please review this support article.
As noted in the article, this error typically occurs if an account was deactivated or deleted and then restored from a backup. Following the steps outlined—deactivating the affected accounts and then reactivating them—should resolve the issue. If you’re still seeing the error after following those steps, Quicken Support will need to review your log files and provide further assistance.
