    why does it combine the accounts, I am checked into only one account

    Thanks for your question — I’d like to clarify a few things to understand what’s happening with your P&L report:

    • When you say you’re “checked into only one account,” do you mean that in the report settings you’ve selected a single account, or that you only have one account in your Quicken file?
    • Are you running a Profit & Loss (P&L) report under Business/Income & Expense, or are you using a standard Spending/Income report for personal accounts?
    • Have you customized the report to filter by account, or are you using the default view?
    • Is it possible that the report is set to show All Accounts at the top level, even if you clicked into a specific account section?
